Bombay bash-----Indian Curry
Indian inspired curry with lentils, roasted tomatoes, pureed yams, glazed carrots and a mix of Indian chilies.

Aspen style, white beans, roasted tomatoes, red and yellow bell peppers and creamy aged cheddar.

Chili Six Ways

We offer our chilis in six different styles:

• Chili Solo----nothing but all that good chili
• Chili Bowl-----served over rice or quinoa
• Chili Wrap-----just like a burrito but with chili and rice or quinoa
• Chili Dog-----the classic; an all beef jumbo dog topped with chili
• Chili Nachos-----a pile of nachos topped with lots and lots of chili
• Chili Spud-----a baked potato smothered with your favorite chili

Toppings/fillings include: cheddar or feta cheese, tomatoes, onions, red peppers, cucumbers, jalapenos, black olives, salsa and sour cream.
